2、S.E.LiQifuCollegeofPipelineandCivilEngineeringChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要近年来我国能源需求持续增长,对能源供应造成巨大压力,为解决能源市场供需平衡的矛盾,我国每年需进口大量原油以满足市场需求。针对我国东北管网和长庆管网输送高含蜡的大庆原油和长庆原油能耗高,且老管道运行流动安全风险大的难题,需要研发能够大幅降低高含蜡原油凝点的降凝剂来解决高能耗和高抢修风险的问题。为此,在对降凝剂产品大量调研和深入研究基础上,针对国内高含蜡原油研发了纳米降凝剂产品,并在管道公司管辖的含蜡原油管道上进行了工业化
3、应用。通过DSC、偏光显微镜和原子力显微镜的测试手段,研究了纳米降凝剂对含蜡原油中的不同馏分油在结晶过程、结晶形貌方面的影响。纳米降凝剂在石兰管道应用中,将石兰原油的凝点从19℃降低到-3℃,10℃粘度小于40mPa·s;在二次回升温度为51℃时,其凝点为3~6℃,10℃粘度为45~110mPa·s。纳米降凝剂在任京管道应用中,将任京原油的凝点从30℃降低到18~20℃,30℃粘度小于50mPa·s;在二次回升温度为41℃时,其凝点为21~23℃,30℃粘度为59~68mPa·s。关键词:含蜡原油;纳米降凝剂;机理;原油管道;改性输送技术DepressiveEffectofNanoPo
