5、tammetry(CV),differentialpulsevohammetry(DPV)andchron0amperometry.Theexperiment~resultsshowedthattheSWNTscouldsignificantlyalleviateelectrodefoulingcausedby5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).In0.2mol/LTris—HC1(pH7.4)buffer,theamperomatricmethodwasusedforthedeterminationofthreeconsecu

6、tiveinjectionsof1.0xl0mol/L5-HT,thepeakcurrentdecreasedsignificantlysuccessivelyataCFME.andthethirdpeakcurrentwas43.4%ofthefirstone.ThepeakcurrentdecreaseslightlyataSWNTs—CFMEandthethirdpeakcurrentwas97.3%ofthefirstone,thepeakcurentchangewassignificantlylesswiththerisingofte
