5、波纹钢屋盖结构等效截面特性··,·········⋯⋯(56)1总则1.0.2拱形波纹钢屋盖结构是一种由厚0.8-1.Smm的彩涂板通过专用设备轧制成特定形状的单元板拼装而成的拱结构。受构件成型工艺和机械加工能力的限制,这种结构的截面形式单一,所用板厚也不能根据结构承载需要随意增加理论分析和工程实践均表明,对于目前国内常用的几种截面形式,在成型设备加工能力许可的板厚范围内,当跨度较大时,尤其是在半跨荷载作用下,这种结构的承载力难以满足安全度要求,因此本规程规定这种结构适宜的跨度为不大于30m。对于更大跨度的结构,若采用拱形波纹钢屋盖结构,则应采取专门的措施。由

7、8TS3000D+AZ300380TS320GD+Z32039017TS320GD十AZTS350GD+Z35042016TS350GD+AZ3.0.2对于集承重与围护两种功能于一体的拱形波纹钢屋盖结构,板厚负偏差较大会明显减小结构承载力、降低结构安全度,因此本条限制了基板厚度负偏差的范围。作为构造要求,本条还规定了这种结构的最小基板厚度。本规程在结构设计可靠度中已考虑了3%以内的板厚负偏差,对于3%以上负偏差造成板厚的不足,设计计算时应予以扣除。基板厚度正负偏差的大小可在钢带轧制过程中通过调整公差带的位置来控制。公差带上移,负偏差减小,反之增大。控制负偏差大
