3、rtyallowedtoidentifytheHavingregardtoCouncilRegulation(EC)No834/2007ofthreebestdesignsfromthatpointofview,whichwere28June2007onorganicproductionandlabellingoforganicsubsequentlysubmittedtoaconsultationontheInternetproductsandrepealingRegulation(EEC)No2092/91(1)andinopenedfrom7December2009to31

4、January2010.TheparticularArticle25(3),Article38(b),andArticle40thereof,proposedlogochosenbyamajorityofvisitorsofthewebsiteoverthatperiodshouldbeadoptedastheneworganicproductionlogooftheEuropeanUnion.Whereas:(1)Article24ofRegulation(EC)No834/2007laysdown(6)Thechangeoftheorganicproductionlogoof

5、thethattheCommunitylogoisoneofthecompulsoryindiEuropeanUnionasfromthe1July2010shouldnotcationstobeusedonthepackagingofproductsbearingcausedifficultiesonthemarket,andinparticularittermsreferringtotheorganicproductionmethodasshouldbeallowedthatorganicproductswhichhavereferredtoinArticle23(1),an

6、dthattheuseofbeenalreadyplacedonthemarketcanbesoldwithoutthislogoisoptionalforproductsimportedfromthirdthecompulsoryindicationsrequiredbyArticle24ofcountries.Article25(1)ofRegulation(EC)Regulation(EC)No834/2007,providedthattheNo834/2007allowstheuseoftheCommunitylogoproductsinquestioncomplywit
