1、镍基合金-碳化铬复合涂层耐磨特性的研究Abstract:Inthisstudy,anickel-basedalloycombinedwithachromiumcarbidecoatingwasinvestigatedforitswearresistanceproperties.Aseriesofexperimentswereconductedtoevaluatethewearresistanceofthecompositecoatingunderdifferentconditions.Theresultsshowedthatthecompositecoatinghadexcellentwea
2、rresistanceandcouldwithstandabrasionandimpactfromdifferentmaterials.Furthermore,themicrostructureanalysisofthecompositecoatingrevealedthatthehighhardnessofthecarbidephaseprovidedexcellentwearresistance.Additionally,thecoatingalsoshowedsuperiorcorrosionresistanceinharshenvironments.Overall,thenickel
3、-basedalloy-chromiumcarbidecompositecoatingshowedgreatpotentialforuseinindustriesthatrequireresistancetowearandcorrosion,suchasintheaerospaceandmarinesectors.Introduction:Wearandcorrosionaretwocriticalfactorsinfluencingtheperformanceanddurabilityofindustrialcomponents.Inrecenttimes,nickel-basedallo
4、ysandcarbidecoatingshavebeengainingattentionaspotentialmaterialsforhighwearresistanceapplications.Consequently,nickel-basedalloyscoatedwithchromiumcarbidecoatingshavebeenextensivelystudiedtoimprovewearandcorrosionresistanceproperties.MaterialsandMethods:Thecompositecoatingwaspreparedusingaplasmaspr
5、aycoatingmethod.Thenickel-basedalloywasfirstdepositedonmildsteelsubstratefollowedbythechromiumcarbidecoating.Theresultingcoatingwasanalyzedforitsmicrostructuralcharacteristicsusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-raydiffractometry(XRD).Themechanicalpropertiesofthecompositecoating,includinghardne
6、ssandwearresistance,wereevaluatedusingapin-on-diskapparatusindryandwetconditions.Results:Themicrostructureofthecompositecoatingswasuniformanddense,andtheXRDanalysisconfirmedthepresenceofNi,Cr,andCr3C2phasesinthecoating.Thehardnessofthecompositecoatingwasapproximately1100HV,whichishigherthanthatofth
