1、无心外圆超精机总体设计摘要超精研是一个由磨料的振动从而对工件产生磨削的过程。在这个过程中刀具有很高的速度,以便在接触旋转的工件时去除多余材料。超精研通常被认为是最终的精加工工序,或是用在对难加工材料的加工工艺中。因此,设计与工艺师尽可能使用包括陶瓷,钨和硅碳化物,轴承材料,火焰和等离子涂料,硬铬等材料以提高加工质量无心贯穿式超精机是以贯穿方式对圆柱(圆锥)滚子表面进行超精加工的一种机床,它不但具有高效高精度,能很好地改善工件的粗糙度、波纹度和圆度的优点,而且能形成微量凸度,如果使用这种带凸度的滚子装配轴承就能地减少或消除滚子
2、边缘应力集中,减小温升,有利于弹性流体润滑从而提高轴承的使用寿命1-2倍。此次主要是关于无心外圆超精机的总体设计实现油石振荡部件和工件定位驱动部件的组合确定机床配置形式、制订影响机床总体布局和技术性能的主要部件的结构方案。总体方案的拟定是设计组合机床最关键的一步。方案制定的正确与否,将直接影响机床能否达到合同要求,保证加工精度和生产率,并且结构简单、成本较低和使用方便。关键词:圆柱滚子外圆超精机,总体设计,油石振荡部件,定位,驱动。THEOVERALLDESIGNOFCENTERLESSSUPERFINISHINGMACHI
