1、辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第37页用单片机控制的电机交流调速系统设计摘要单片机控制的变频调速系统设计思想是用转差频率进行控制。通过改变程序来达到控制转速的目的。由于设计中电动机功率不大,所以整流器采用不可控电路,电容器滤波;逆变器采用电力晶体管三相逆变器。系统的总体结构主要由主回路,驱动电路,光电隔离电路,HEF4752大规模集成电路,保护电路,Intel系列单片机,Intel8253定时/记数器,Intel8255可编程接口芯片,Intel8279通用键盘/显示器,I/O接口芯片,CD4527比例分频器和测速发电机等组成。回路中有了检测保
2、护电路就可以使整个系统运行的可靠性有了保障。非传统的CMOS变革了存储器技术。直到现在,我们仍然依靠DRAM作为主要的存储体。不幸的是,随着芯片的缩小,只有芯片外围速度上的增长——处理器芯片和它相关的缓存速度每两年增加一倍。这就是存储器代沟并且是人们焦虑的根源。存储技术的一个可能突破是,使用一种非传统的CMOS管,在计算机整体性能上将导致一个很大的进步,将解决大存储器的需求,即缓存不能解决的问题。关键词:MCS-51单片机;HEF4752;8253定时器;晶闸管;整流器Exchangethespeedofadjustingtodesigns
