1、CONTRACTRegisterNo.ThiscontractismadeonthedayofJune,2001byandbetween:aCorporationwithlimitedliabilityorganizedandexistingbyvirtuethelawsofP.R.Cwithitslegaladdress:wanxinbuilding6thfloordongchengdistrictBeijingP.R.C,representedhereinbyits,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Employer”,And
2、ChinastateConstructionDecorationEngineeringCompany,aCorporationorganizedandexistingbyvirtueofthelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinawithlegalAddress:Hengjiezi18LidianChaoyangdistrict,BeijingP.R.C,presentedhereinbyitsLiuXiaoyihereinaftersimplereferredtothe“Contractor”.ThisContractsh

5、ntractorshall,accordingtostipulationsandrequirementsofthecontract,supplyallthematerials,labor,technicalsupport,supervision,tools,equipmentandplant,transportation,consumableandperformallthenecessaryworkrequiredforcompletionofprocessing,installation,experiment&utilizing.2.SCHEDUL
6、E:TheWorkshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththedatessetforthintheAppendix“B”clausetitled“COMMENCEMENT,PROGARESSANDCOMPLETIONOFTHEWORK.”3.COMPENSATION:Asfullconsiderationforthesatisfactoryperformancebysub-ContractorofthisContract,theEmployershallpaytotheContractoracompensationinacc
7、ordancewithterms&conditionsofthepricesandpaymentsetforthinAppendix“C”ofthisContract.ThetotallumpsumvalueofthisContractistemporallynoticesandcommunicationsnaccordancewithorrelatedtothisContractshallbeconductedbetweenauthorizedrepresentativesdesignatedinwritingbytheparties.Notice
