1、点支式玻璃幕墙施工工艺1材料1.1钢材：1点支式玻璃幕墙采用的碳素钢和其他钢材表面应进行防腐蚀处理。并进行涂装等可靠的表面处理。1.2密封胶：1点支式玻璃幕墙的密封材料宜采用耐候硅酮密封胶。2不同品牌的硅酮密封胶不应混合使用。3在任何情况下，不得使用过期的硅酮密封胶。1.3玻璃：1点支式玻璃幕墙用的玻璃外观质量和性能应符合现行国家标准。2点支式玻璃幕墙采用的钻孔玻璃，必须经过全钢化处理。3点支式玻璃幕墙采用的钢化玻璃宜经过均质处理。4点支式玻璃幕墙采用夹层玻璃，应采用以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛（PVB）胶片干法加工合成的
2、夹层玻璃，且胶片厚度不得小于0.76mm。2主要安装机具主要机具有：电动葫芦、电动真空吸盘、手动吸盘、预应力张拉器、电焊机、扭矩扳手、普通扳手、冲击钻、测厚仪、铅垂仪、水准仪、钢尺钢卷尺、水平尺角度尺等。3作业条件1点支式玻璃幕墙安装前应对作业人员进行安全技术交底，点支式玻璃幕墙工程吊装与玻璃安装期间应设置警戒范围，并应先进行试吊装。2点支式玻璃幕墙的材料、零附件和结构件等应符合设计要求，进场时应提交产品质量证明书。点支式玻璃幕墙安装施工前应按有关规范的要求对主体结构进行验收。andspecialtoolsfo
