1、精品文档欢迎下载摘要该设计是威海市旅游开发大厦设计，上面10层，地下1层。楼层总高度33.9米，其中，一层是商业服务中心，层高4.2米，其他各层都是办公区，每层高3.3m,威海市所在的地区的抗震设防烈度是7度，设计地震分组是第一组，在结构整体上采用钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构体系，剪力墙在电梯或者薄弱处进行布置。这个设计由4个部分组成：绪论，建筑设计，结构设计和结论。在建筑设计中，非常谨慎的考虑到了消防和防火的规定，设置楼梯一部，电梯4部，屋面防水采用有组织排水，在材料上采用PPC乙丙多层复合防水卷材，并且设有保温层和隔气层，内外墙均采用混凝土空心砌块砌筑，为了施工的方便，厚度370mm，在结构
