1、摘要本设计为灌南县田楼镇污水处理工艺设计,分两期建设,处理规模为近期2000m3/d,远期4000m3/d。进水水质为:BOD5=100mg/L,CODcr=280mg/L,SS=120mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TP=3mg/L。出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准,即:BOD5≤10mg/L,CODcr≤50mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L。通过对国内外不同污水处理工艺的比较与分析,结合本工程的具体情况,最终选择改良型氧化沟工艺作为本工程的处理工
2、艺。该工艺是在Carrousel2000型氧化沟前设置一个厌氧区,污水经厌氧、缺氧、好氧交替运行,具有同时去除有机物、脱氮、除磷的效果。该工艺不仅具有A2O的特征,同时保留氧化沟独特的水流特性,有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用,且不需要设置初沉池和污泥消化池,节省投资。污水处理工艺流程为:进水→粗格栅→调节池(污水提升泵)→细格栅→旋流沉砂池→改良型氧化沟→竖流式二沉池→接触消毒池→巴氏计量槽→出水污泥处理工艺流程为:污泥泵房→幅流式浓缩池→贮泥池→板框脱水机→泥饼外运。关键词:城市污水;改良氧化沟;脱氮除磷;污泥处理AbstractTheprojecti
