1、摘要本设计为灌南县田楼镇污水处理工艺设计，分两期建设，处理规模为近期2000m3/d，远期4000m3/d。进水水质为：BOD5=100mg/L，CODcr=280mg/L，SS=120mg/L，NH3-N=30mg/L，TP=3mg/L。出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A排放标准，即：BOD5≤10mg/L，CODcr≤50mg/L，SS≤10mg/L，NH3-N≤5mg/L，TP≤0.5mg/L。通过对国内外不同污水处理工艺的比较与分析，结合本工程的具体情况，最终选择改良型氧化沟工艺作为本工程的处理工
2、艺。该工艺是在Carrousel2000型氧化沟前设置一个厌氧区，污水经厌氧、缺氧、好氧交替运行，具有同时去除有机物、脱氮、除磷的效果。该工艺不仅具有A2O的特征，同时保留氧化沟独特的水流特性，有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用，且不需要设置初沉池和污泥消化池，节省投资。污水处理工艺流程为：进水→粗格栅→调节池（污水提升泵）→细格栅→旋流沉砂池→改良型氧化沟→竖流式二沉池→接触消毒池→巴氏计量槽→出水污泥处理工艺流程为：污泥泵房→幅流式浓缩池→贮泥池→板框脱水机→泥饼外运。关键词：城市污水；改良氧化沟；脱氮除磷；污泥处理AbstractTheprojecti
