2、骤。在对三档电器盒盖进行注射塑料模具设计文中从制件和所用原材料分析入手，分析了三档电器盒盖的注射成型工艺，进行了型腔的尺寸计算，论述了三档电器盒盖模具结构设计，阐述了塑件分型面确定、型腔数量、排列方式、浇注系统、塑件推出方式和位置、推出零件结构、浇注系统凝料推出方式、温度调节控制系统和成型零件及主要结构形式的设计过程。重点分析设计了调温系统，说明了调温系统对产品成型的重要性，详细计算了进、出模具的热量，最终确定散热面积、冷却水道直径、冷却水道长度等工艺参数。在设计完结构后，对模具的安装进行了大致的说明，对模具的开合动作做了必要的分析，对试模过程中可能出现的问题做了
