3、utionoftheenergyproblemisnotonlyastatebehavior-itisamatteroflifeanddeathforthecountryandthenation,butalsoanindividualbehavior-involvingeveryone'sdailylife.FromtheperspectiveofenergyChinaforeignstrategy,notonlycontributetotheoverallstrategyanalysisChinesecountry'sideas,understandChinac
4、omprehensivenationalcurrentsituation,butalsohelpstomakefurtheranalysisandjudgmentoftheChinesestatusandroleintheinternationalarenainthefuture.Becausethestrongpeople,thisisatruth,abletowithstandheavybattering.First,familiarwithChina'scurrentenergysituationAsweallknow,thecurrenthumanuseo
5、fenergyismainlycoal,oilandnaturalgasthree.Chinaisoneofthelargestenergystoragecountriesintheworld.Coal,oilandnaturalgasrankfirst,ninthandsixteenrespectivelyintheworld.However,thepercapitaenergyresourcesaccountforonlyabout50%oftheworldaverage.Energyself-sufficiencyrateisashighas94%,more
6、thantheaverageOECDself-sufficiencyrateof70%,theoveralldegreeofdependenceonforeignenergyisonly6%,butforeignoildependenceismoreandmorehigh,hasincreasedfrom6.6%in1995to40%in2005.Itisestimatedthatby2010,China'sdependenceonforeignoilwillexceed50%,by2020willbemorethan60%.Atthesametime,asthe
