3、sideaswerediscussed.[PaperKeywords]exporttaxrebaterate,theexporttaxrebaterateoftextileandgarmentimproveCustomsdatashowthatthefirst10monthsofthisyear,textileandgarmentexports$153.71billion,anincreaseof8.6%,anincreasecomparedwithlastyearfell12percent.Duetotheimpactofmultiplenegati
