5、approach,andpeople’slives,butalsoforprotectionoftheprimarymeansofpeople’slivingstandards,affectingthestabilityanddevelopmentofsocietyasawhole,however,China’stotalsocialsecurityspendinghasbeenrelativelylow.WithChina’srapideconomicdevelopment,thestatefinanceinthetotalsocialsecurityspending,al
6、thoughincreasing,buttherelativeincreaseintheamountofGDPremainedunchangedsince2000-2007,China’ssocialsecurityspendingtoincreasefrom151790000000544.716billion,theabsolutenumberhasbeengreatlyincreased,butthelevelofGDPwhileinthefast-growingproportionofsocialsecurityspending11accountsforfinancia
