1、毕业设计（论文）自动变速器的检测与维修[摘要]随着科学技术的进步，汽车已经成为当今世界的主流，汽车的发明给人类带来极大的方便，汽车的操纵性、舒适性也一直在逐渐提高，而手动变速器已经逐渐被自动变速器所取代。自动变速器能进行反复的加速、减速、变速换档等功能，具有变速平滑、驾驶轻便等优点。但是与传统的手动变速器相比，也存在结构复杂、检测、诊断和维修难等问题。本文首先论述了自动变速器的发展情况，然后对自动变速器组成、结构、特点、工作原理进行研究。其次对自动变速器常见故障进行检测诊断研究，主要有汽车不能行驶、自动变速器打滑、自动变速器异响。描述故障具体现象和可能的故障

2、原因，进行详细的故障机理分析，并将自动变速器动态性能试验运用其中，有失速试验和时滞试验，对故障进行检测诊断，准确确定故障部位。进而对故障进行排除，并画出故障诊断流程图。最后通过现场收集实际案例进行分析，证明故障检测诊断分析的正确性。 [关键词]：自动变速器；结构组成；常见故障；检测与维修[Abstract]Withthescientificandtechnologicalprogress,carshavebecomethemainstreamoftheworld,theinventionofcarsbringsmankindgreatconvenience,

3、thehandlingandcomforthasalsobeengraduallyimproving,andthemanualtransmissionhasbeengraduallyreplacedbyautomatictransmission.Automatictransmissioncanberepeatedfortheacceleration,deceleration,speedtransmission,andotherfunctions,thespeedwithsmooth,lightandotheradvantagesofdriving.Butco

4、mpanedwiththetraditionalmanualtransmission,thereareissuessuchascomplexstructures,detection,diagnosisanddifficultmaintenance,sothisstudyisoncommon-vehicleautomatictransmissionfailure。Thispaperdiscussesthedevelopmentoftheautomatictransmission,automatictransmissionandthecomposition,st

5、ructure,character,principleresearch.Thiswasfollowedbytheautomatictransmissiontodetectcommonfaultdiagnosis,themainvehiclecannotbeclosed,slippingautomatictransmission,automatictransmissionabnormalsound.Faultspecificdescriptionofthephenomenonandpossiblecauseofthemalfunction,adetaileda
