6、·········································参考文献·································································1引言随着科学技术的快速发展,人们对过程控制提出了更高的要求,在许多生产过程中,要求两种或两种以上的物料流量成一定的比例关系混合进行反应,对物料比例的要求甚为严格,如果不能满足要求,或是比例失和调,将会导致产品的质量达不到要求,以致造成损失,严重时会导致事故的发生.研究比值控制系统很有必要,提高比值控制系统的精度及水平具有深远的意义。根据系统的工
7、艺要求及实际需要,提出了流量比值控制的设计方案,因为组态王开发监控系统软件具有适应性强、开放性好、易于扩展、经济、开发周期短等优点,本设计着重说明了组态王在设计开发流量比值控制系统中的应用。该设计以电动调节阀为中心对控制回路的液体的流量进行比例控制,从而实现对压力流量温度液位等参数的调节。采用工业用的LDS-10S型电磁流量传感器,对现场信号进行实时采集,通过与设定值进行比较对调节阀进行控制,并采用牛顿7000系列远程数据采集模块作为计算机控制系统的数据采集通讯过程模块,对信号进行模数或数模转换,采用德国PS公司进口的PSL202型智能电动调节阀对过程进行控制。
