3、peal.Rememberthatinmostcasesyoumustmakeanapplicationtoanemploymenttribunalwithinthreemonthsofthedatewhentheeventyouarecomplainingabouthappened.Ifyourapplicationisreceivedafterthistimelimit,thetribunalwillnotusuallyacceptit.Ifyouareworriedabouthowthetimelimitsapplytoyou,takeadvicefro

5、tribunal,youshouldgethelpstraightawayfromoneoftheorganisationslistedunder Furtherhelp.Ifyouarebeingrepresentedbyasolicitoratthetribunal,theymayaskyoutosignanagreementwhereyoupaytheirfeeoutofyourcompensationifyouwinthecase.Thisisknownasa damages-basedagreement.InEnglandandWales,yours
