1、地方本科院校应用型转型发展主要特性研究鵬筹醐海中学高校招生规模的扩大和新时期对职业人才的个性化需求，体现出地方高校转型发展的必要性。地方木科院校应用转型的主要特性为:开放性、地方性、融合性和应用型。B前，地方高校资源短缺、条件有限，不利于开展基础理论研究，学生应用技术培养与应用技术研究不同程度地脱离实际现状。对此，地方本科院校应争取政府和行业企业的支持;吸取经验，取长补短，走出国门，开放包容;实现服务地方经济的职能，共享软、硬件资源和智力，与行业企业互利互惠；组建转型高校与行业企业教育集团，建立行业企业的
