1、我国私募基金发展现状浅析摘要改革开放以来，我国私募基金不断发展壮大，已经成为促进经济发展、调整产业结构、繁荣城乡市场、扩大社会就业的重要力量。虽然私募基金在我国出现的时间较晚，但发展迅猛，目前已经具有了相当大的规模和市场影响力，成为证券市场中一股不可忽视的重要力量。私幕基金的公开化与合法化将直接关系到我国基金业未来的发展。但是由于法律及相关配套体系的完善时滞，加之本身所具有的高风险性及我国不成熟的投资市场等原因，国内庞大的私募基金仍处于法律监管体系之外的灰色地带，这无疑增大了我国私募基金的发展风险，不利于其发展。本文通过分析我国私募基金的发展概况
