1、我当县政协主席的几点体会曾经有这样一段话形容政协：“也不轻松也不闲，半是百姓半是官，平常心态平常人，一样有乐一样甜。”这句话道出了政协的特点，也反映了政协人的心态。2007年11月，我由县政府副县长调任县政协主席，2年的工作实践，从陌生到熟悉，从使我深深感到只有热心政协事业，找准工作定位，强化理论学习，善于团结共事，才能做好政协工作。 热爱政协事业是前提。中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国的一项基本政治制度，人民政协是实现这一基本政治制度的主要形式，所以到政协工作，也是组织上的关心和信任。进了政协门，就是政协人，是政协人就应具有政协情怀，热心政协事业，创造性地开展政协工作，充分发
2、挥政协联系广泛、渠道畅通的特点，整合政协的界别优势、知识优势、人才优势，认真履行职能职责，把自己的感情和智慧融入政协，以自己的言行推动政协发展，以自己的情怀感染政协人，用自己的科学思维、满腔热情和创新工作，带动全体政协人，同舟共济，与时俱进，在政协这个大舞台上演绎和谐社会新的乐章。 找准工作定位是关键。到了政协工作以后，就要自觉克服“坐末班车，到终点站”undertaking,strengthentheconstructionofpartyandGovernmentpersonnel.Tovigorouslyimplementthe"capacitybuilding"project,sol
