3、inMarch29,1994)Firstmakeanimportantcontributiontothecollectiveandindividualincentivesinourprovincetopromotethescientificandtechnologicalprogress,andfullymobilizeandplaytheenthusiasmandcreativityofscientificandtechnicalpersonnel,acceleratetheconstructionofsocialistmoderniz
4、ationinourprovince,accordingtotheprovisionsofthe"People'sRepublicofChinascienceandTechnologyProgressAward",combiningtherealityofourprovince,theenactmentofthisapproach.Second,thescopeofrewardsofthesemeasuresismainlyinthefieldofnaturalscience,appliedtechnologyandbasicresear
5、chandappliedbasicresearchfieldsofnaturalscience.Third,oneofthefollowingconditionsmayapplyfortheprovincialscientificandtechnologicalprogressaward:(a)thenewachievementsofscienceandtechnologyappliedtothesocialistconstructionofourprovince(includingnewproducts,newmaterials,new
6、technology,newtechnology,newmethod,newdesign,newvarietiesofbiologicaletc.),belongstothefirstnationalorprovincial,theindustryadvanced,provenandachievedremarkableeconomicbenefitsandsocialbenefits.(two)inthepromotionandapplicationofexistingachievementsinscientificandtechnolo
