4、ects,suchasBangladeshGrameenBank(GrameenBank),thepeople'sBankofIndonesia(BRI)theruralcreditdepartment(UNIT),Bolivia's"sunshinebank"(Bacosol),Thailand'sagriculturalandruralcooperativebank(BAAC),theinternationalcommunityassistancefund(FINCA),theCreditUnionandmanynon-govern
5、mentalorganizationstocarryoutthemicrofinanceproject,successtocoveralotofpoorclients,microfinanceinstitutionsgraduallyrealizethesustainabledevelopmentofthefinancialsystemandits.Becauseoftheemergenceanddevelopmentofshorttime,mostofthemicrofinanceprojectisstillintheinitials
6、tageofdevelopment.By1998about10000oftheworldaboutthemicrofinanceproject,whichrealizethesustainableoperationprojectbutabout50,andachievefinancialsustainabilityprojectsandinstitutionsbutabout20.Atpresent,therearetensofthousandsofmicrofinanceinstitutionsintheworld,according
7、totheworldbank'spovertyalleviationconsultativeadvisorygroup(CGAP)statistics,only1%donotrelyondonationstorunindependently,amongthem,only63microfinanceinstitutionshavesustainedprofitabilityrecord.1970sinBangladeshmicrofinancehasbecomeasuccessfulwayofpovertyalleviationgener
