6、·············································910通信局(站)低压配电系统用电涌保护器检验实施细则1编制依据及适用范围本实施细则依据YD/T1235.1-2002《通信局(站)低压配电系统用电涌保护器技术要求》编制。本细则适用于通信局(站)低压配电系统用电涌保护器的质量检验。2引用标准GB/T4942-1993低压电器外壳防护等级(eqvIEC60947:1988)YD/T1235.2-2002通信局(站)低压配电系统用电涌保护器测试方法3检验项目及技术要求3.1检验项目及技术要求(见表1至

7、表10)表1检验项目及技术要求序号项目名称技术要求1外观质量a)电涌保护器表面应平整、光洁、无划伤、无裂痕及变形,紧固件应牢固,颜色应均匀无明显差异。b)标志应完整清晰、耐久可靠,内容完全,且铭牌不应出现移动和任何翘曲现象。2保护模式交流SPD必须具备N-PE、L-PE或L-N-PE的保护模式;直流SPD必须具备V+-V-的保护模式。交流SPD宜具备L-N的保护模式;直流SPD宜具备V+-PE或V--PE的保护模式。3分离装置SPD在故障或失效时,应有与电源系统永久断开的分离装置。4告警功能SPD正常或故障时,应有能正确表示其状态的标志

8、或指示灯。SPD宜具备远程集中监测或集中告警的接口。5接线端子连接导体的能力SPD的接线端子除应符合GB17464的要求外,其连接导线的能力还应符合表2或表3的要求。106最大持续运行电压在70±3℃的试验
