5、········································································9致谢·················································································11喹啉类锌离子荧光探针的设计与合成吴玲玲化学与材料科学学院摘要:锌作为人体中的微量元素,在许多生理过程中都起着重要作用,锌离子的紊乱将会引发多种疾病,例如中风、帕金森病、癫痫病等,因此开发有效的锌离子检测方法对于生命科学、医学和环境等领域的相关研究有重大意义,而

6、荧光探针法具有选择性好、灵敏度高及简便快捷等优点。具有生物应用的理想荧光探针应该满足:(1)较好的水溶性;(2)能够定量测定金属离子浓度;(3)较长的激发波长以免造成细胞损害;(4)稳定性高;(5)对金属离子有很高的选择性和灵敏度;(6)易于制备。基于这些要求,本文主要设计、合成了以8-氨基喹啉为荧光团,以cyclen为离子载体的小分子荧光探针,用于检测人体内的微量元素锌。关键词:锌离子,荧光探针;8-氨基喹啉;CyclenDesignandSynthesisofQuinolineZn2+FluorescenceProbe(WuLingling,CollegeofChe
