1、中南财经政法大学自考办制摘要经济全球化进行的加快使企业间的竞争更加激烈，供应链及供应链管理也得到了更加重视，在现代企业中供应链管理己成为一种新的管理理念和管理方法。供应链管理通过对供应链上各个环节的活动加以协调，以实现企业的最佳绩效。随着业务外包及采购全球化的兴起，供应链下合作伙伴选择成为当前企业供应链管理的焦点。  供应链战略合作伙伴关系的构建与管理是供应链管理的核心内容。供应链合作伙伴的选择是供应链运行的前提和基础，直接关系到企业的生存与发展，而供应链合作伙伴关系的协调管理更具有现整理提供实意义，直接关系到合作关系的维持以及合作各方的共同利益。在制造商与供应商

2、的重复交易中，最终追求的都是“利益”，只要双方都关心彼此的长期利益，那么双方建立战略合伙关系就是上上之选。   本文先介绍了供应链管理基础理论，闸述了供应链合作关系演变发展过程，然后探讨了供应链合作伙伴在供应链中的作用及关系，并给出了企业在选择和评价合作伙伴时应该遵从的一般准则，最后提出了改善供应链合作关系的步骤和策略。关键词：供应链合作伙伴关系关系管理合作伙伴选择Abstracttheacceleratedeconomicglobalizationmakesbetweenenterprisesmorecompetitive,supplychainandsupply
