7、讨论其原理与设计方法1.1计数检测系统依据人工检测产品数量时用眼看和用手摸的原理,计数检测仪有光学系统(模拟眼看)和非光学系统(模拟触摸)两大类。(1)光学系统类它安装有一个光敏接收装置,等待计数的产品一个个地在光敏接收器的规定距离内通过。按实际元件不同,可分为数字光电检测系统和电子模拟检测系统。①光电元件检测系统。一旦进入光电接收器的光线被遮断,表明一个产品通过了检测区,把这一次隔断纪录为一个产品的件数。这一方法适用于大多数能有效遮断光线的产品的计数。但对于那些透明的,折叠形的、双环形的或两部分连接成的、带有孔的物品则不很有效,因
