3、适应这样的发展趋势。在当前中小物流企业的发展中面临了许多问题，只有采用先进的管理手段以及具备先进的技术设备的中小物流企业，才能在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之位。本文首先描述了中小物流企业运营状况，然后提出了中小物流企业普遍存在资金短缺、缺乏专业人才、欠缺战略意识、基础设施落后、经验不足、信息化水平低以及缺少合作意识的问题，并针对问题提出注重专业人才的培养、制定明确的战略规划、加强物流基础设施的建设、开展新技术和新服务的创新、进行信息化管理模式以及和其它企业建立联盟关系等解决措施和意见。关键词：中小物流企业；运营现状；物流
