1、气囊微充盈状态合用丁卡因胶浆在男性患者拔出双腔尿管中的应用450泸州医学院2009年第32卷第4期JournalofLuzhouMedicalCoHegeVolI32No.42009气囊微充盈状态合用丁卡因胶浆在男性患者拔出双腔尿管中的应用彭成君,曾素兰,王晓明(资阳市第一人民医院神经外科,四川资阳641300)摘要目的:探讨拔除男性患者双腔尿管的最佳方法.方法:将100例留置双腔尿管的男性患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组按常规消毒外阴,用注射器抽出气囊内全部生理盐水,轻轻地将尿管拔出.实验组在拔导尿管前提起阴茎将2ml丁卡因胶浆从尿道口滴
2、人,保留3~5分钟,再用20ml注射器将针头插入双腔尿管的注水管端,不回抽,使气囊中的水通过压力自动排入注射器内,未见液体流出后再轻轻地将尿管拔出.此方法拔出的尿管气囊呈微充盈状态内有余液约0.5ml.观察比较两组患者拔管时疼痛和排尿情况,并进行统计学分析.结果:实验组排尿疼痛和尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义.结论:气囊微充盈状态合用丁卡因胶浆拔出男性患者双腔尿管能减轻患者痛苦,降低继发性尿潴留的发生率.关键词男性患者;气囊;丁卡因胶浆;双腔尿管;拔管中图分类号R472.9.2文献标识码B文章编号1000-2669
