某10层大厦暖通空调、通风、防排烟设计某10层大厦暖通空调、通风、防排烟设计摘要本建筑位于江苏省南京市,是一栋楼层为10层,集餐饮、娱乐、住宿和地下车库为一体的综合性建筑物。本设计旨在对该大厦进行空调、通风与防排烟设计,力求达到经济、舒适、实用,并尽可能满足节能的要求。总建筑面积17300m2,空调面积约8179m2。夏季设计冷负荷为1209kW,是一项能耗较大的工程。本工程采用水冷螺杆冷水机组作为空调的冷源进行夏季制冷,冬季采用热水锅炉进行供暖。通过对各种空调方式的比较,精品商店等大空间区域采用一次回风集中式中央空调系统,其余场所采用吊顶风柜或独立新风加风机盘管等半集中方式。该大厦一至三楼东、西侧空调区域分别共用一个冷冻水环路,四至十层共用另一冷冻水环路。建筑内走道采用竖井排烟,排烟风机设置在10层;中庭通过在裙楼屋顶层采光棚旁设置风机来实现排烟;防烟楼梯间和消防前室进行机械送风来保证疏散安全,其中防烟楼梯间设置正压为40Pa~50Pa,消防前室设置正压为25Pa~30Pa。地下车库采取车道自然补风,设置机械排风、排烟。卫生间均采用通风器进行排风。关键词:水冷螺杆冷水机组,节能,风机盘管系统,机械排烟94 第1章绪论1.1设计题目南京市XX大厦空调系统设计1.2工程概况南京市XX大厦位于南京市市区,总建筑面积约17300平方米,其中空调面积约8179平方米。图见电子文件,总共为十层,一至三层有中庭,其中地下一层,地面上十层。地下一层层高为4.9米,一至三层层高为4.5米,四至十层层高为3.3米,建筑总高度36.6米。地下一层为停车场和各设备用房;一至三层为商店、餐厅等大空间区域;四层为娱乐用房;五至十层为客房;1.3设计任务本次设计任务为一至十层的中央空调系统设计,地下车库、地上大空间区域用房和中庭的防排烟设计。94 3.2新风冷负荷计算3.2.1新风量的确定由文献[5]知在设计时,一般必须确定最小新风量,通常应满足以下三个要求:1)稀释人群本身和活动所产生的污染物,保证人群对空气品质的要求;2)补充室内燃烧所耗和局部排风量,保证房间的正压;3)新风量不小于上列两项之最大值,且计算所得的新风量的不应小于系统送风的10%。3.2.2新风负荷计算夏季,空调新风冷负荷按下式计算:(3.11)新风量按表3.1[1]取20m3/(h·人)。夏季:室内设计温度=26℃,相对湿度=60%;室外干球温度=35℃,湿球温度=28.3℃。通过焓湿图查室内外空气状态点的焓值。夏季:=92kJ/kg=58.9kJ/kg则夏季新风冷负荷为:=20×132×(92-58.9)/3600=24.3kW新风冷负荷为24.3kW,则总冷负荷为37.43+24.3=61.73KW,平均冷负荷为83768÷394=157W/m2。热负荷通过软件计算为31482KW,平均冷负荷为31482÷394=79.9W/m2。3.3湿负荷计算商店由于人多,湿负荷主要是由人员散湿引起的,所以在商店的湿负荷计算中,只考虑了人员,忽略了其它散湿。查表3-15[1],当室内温度设计为26℃时,成年男子每人散湿量为184g/h,由表3-14[1]查取群集系数=0.89。则精品商店不含新风的湿负荷为:=0.001×132×0.89×184=21.6kg/h=6g/s3.4其他房间负荷计算大厦地上共十层,地下室为停车场,消防水池等,只做防排烟设计,不做空调;第一、二、三层为大空间;四到十层为客房。空调负荷计算采用鸿业软件计算,负荷计算结果列入附表1。94 现将上节计算出的冷负荷进行逐时汇总,汇总列入附表2。94 第4章方案的比较确定4.1空气调节系统的分类(1)根据文献[7]可知按空气处理设备的集中程度分为:1)集中式系统:空气集中于机房内进行处理,房间内只有空气分配装置。需要占用一定的建筑面积。2)半集中式系统:对室内空气处理的设备分散在各个房间内,占用机房少,可以满足各个房间各自的温湿度控制要求,效率较高,但管理维修不方便,有可能有噪声影响。3)分散式系统:对室内进行热湿处理的设备全部分散在各房间内。不需要机房,不需要对空气进行分配的风道,不便维修管理,效率低。在此不考虑集分散式空调系统(2)按承担室内负荷所用的介质分为:1)全空气系统:根据[11]房间内的热湿负荷全部由经过处理的空气来承担,适用于面积较大人员较多的场所,新风调节方便,过渡季节可全新风运行,节约能源,占地面积大,风管占用较大空间,初投资和运行费用较高。2)全水系统:室内的热湿负荷全部靠水来承担,节省建筑空间,但室内空气品质不好。3)空气水系统:房间内的热湿负荷由经过处理的空气和水来共同承担。4.2空调系统的实现方式建筑内部设施齐全,功能复杂,且各房间的工作时间不尽相同,对于大堂吧、精品商店等面积较大,因此考虑采用集中式全空气系统,新风和回风通过设在房间的吊顶空调器集中处理后通过风道送入房间内,在空调器新风入口和回风入口处风别设电动调节阀,以便在过渡季节能够实现全新风运行,最大程度的利用自然界的能量,节约能源。对于总台办公室、美容美发室、客房等面积较小且人员活动较灵活,负荷不大,考虑采用风机盘管+独立新风系统实现,设备相对比较分散,而且风机盘管空调器使用灵活,各房间能够实现单独调节,卧式风机盘管可以吊顶安装,有效节省建筑空间。大堂面积较大,空间较高,人员停留时间相对较短,考虑采用喷口送风。餐厅面积较大,人员数量变化较大,用餐时间负荷达到最大值,非用餐时间人员很少,冷负荷和湿负荷都很大,且要保证室内空气不与其它房间掺混,考虑单独设空调系统,空气由设在餐厅附近机房的组合式空调器集中处理。94 4.3设计方案的比较确定方案一:由于本建筑有裙楼和塔楼,并且塔楼上有一块结构比较好的平台,可以考虑放置一些空调机组,现在国家对节能方面要求比较严格,考虑到空气源热泵比较灵活并且运行时比较节能,本建筑地处南京,南京风量比较充足,可以有效利用这个天然能源。方案二:整栋建筑采用一套独立的空调冷源,为水冷式冷水机组,负责整栋大楼的冷冻水供应,主机可以设计两到三台,将整栋系统分为几个集中区域,通过分水器和集水器送到各个区域。冬季供冷采用锅炉,和夏季采用同一套系统。方案一与方案二的主要区别就在于制冷主机的不同,方案一采用两套制冷主机对整栋建筑进行空气调节,上面采用空气源热泵运行时比较节能,但是由于空气源热泵单一机组的制冷量比较小,本次设计的冷量较大,故需要多台空气源热泵。综合考虑,最后确定本次空调设计的方案为方案二。4.4水冷式冷水机组对于水冷式冷水机组,根据压缩机的形式不同主要有活塞式、离心式、螺杆式1)活塞式:加工容易、造价较低;压力范围广,体积小,重量轻、噪声低、由于往复式运动的惯性力大,转速不能太高,单机容量较小,因此本机组广泛使用在柜式空调机组,房间空调器以及冷负荷在352KW以下的空调系统中。2)离心式:叶轮转速高,压缩机输气量大,故单机容量大,目前,单机空调制冷量通常在580KW以上,最大容量可达35000KW;与相同容量的活塞式相比,结构紧凑,重量轻,占地面积小,对于空调冷负荷很大的高层建筑特别适用;运转平稳,振动小,调节性能好;由于转速高,对材料的强度、加工精度和制造质量都提出了较高的要求,工况范围比较狭窄,不宜采用较高的冷凝温度和过低的蒸发温度。3)螺杆式:与活塞式相比,结构简单,零部件仅为活塞式的1/10,机组重量轻,易于维修;单机制冷量较大;能量调节时,冷量可以在15%~100%之间无级调节,当冷量在60%~100%之间调节时,功率和冷量几乎以相同比例变化;油处理设备复杂,要求使用分离效率很高的油分离器,单机容量<1160KW,适用于中、大型空调系统和空气热源热泵。本次设计中空调负荷为1209KW,选用水冷螺杆机组。94 第5章送风状态、送风量的确定及设备选型5.1送风量计算目前大型空间的空调形式主要有两种:即采用组合式空调机组的集中式全空气系统和新风机组+室内吊顶空调机组的半集中式空气—水系统。这里大空间采用一次回风全空气集中式空调系统,对于送风量的确定,按照计算的负荷及其散湿量来确定。客房等小面积房间采用半集中式的空调系统,用风机盘管加独立新风空调系统,对于送风量的确定,按照计算的负荷及其散湿量来确定。新风处理到与室内等焓状态点,直接送入室内。5.1.1大空间房间送风量和送风参数的确定以精品商店为示例计算:精品商店为一次回风的集中式空调系统,考虑温升,夏季新风和回风的处理过程如下所示:图5.1一次回风(夏季)处理过程在焓湿图上表示如下,夏季送风量和送风参数可按一下步骤确定:图5.2一次回风式夏季处理过程1、由第2章知商店冷负荷为Q=37.43KW,湿负荷为W=21.6kg/h=kg/s,因此热湿比为:==6238.3kJ/kg。根据送风温差(本设计中取送风温差7,送风温度)和94 图5.4风机盘管加新风系统夏季处理h-d图从Nx点作线,该线与相对湿度为90%的线相交于送风状态点确定后,即可算出空调房间的送风量为(5.1)采用鸿业计算空气处理过程,新风管道温升1.5℃,新风机组露点相对湿度为90%,风机盘管露点相对湿度为85%。客房5001不含新风的最大冷负荷为Q=1623W,不含新风的最大湿负荷为W=0.218kg/h=0.061g/s,则热湿比:在h-d图上确定室内空气状态点(=26℃,=60%),通过该点画出=26606的过程线与φ=90%相交,得到送风状态点,从而得出:58.8kJ/kg,51.95kJ/kg送风量计算:=0.24kg/s=7113、新风量100,满足送风量的10%。盘管的处理风量。4、风机盘管机组出口空气的焓=50.9kJ/kg,与KO的延长线相交得M点。连接NM点,N到M是在风机盘管内实现的冷却减湿过程。5、确定新风机组负担的冷量和盘管负担的冷量。新风机组负担的冷量为:81.48kJ/kg,58.85kJ/kg盘管负担的冷量为:58.85kJ/kg,50.94kJ/kg其他房间结果列于表5.2表5.2各个房间风机盘管加独立新风系统的夏季处理结果94 第6章气流组织设计6.1大空间房间气流组织示例计算散流器的布置应根据空调区的大小和室内所要求的参数,选择散流器的个数,一般按对称位置或梅花形布置,散流器送风面积的长宽比不宜大于1:1.5,散流器的中心线与墙的距离不宜小于1m。以精品商店为示例:精品商店(1007)空调系统散流器的设计计算,系统设计风量10000,房间面积394,空调机组吊顶布置,考虑到机组体积比较大,取吊顶高1.5,则净高3。根据资料8.3.2进行散流器送风的计算。(1)布置散流器。将空调区进行划分,空调区被划分成12个小区域,每个区域为一个散流器的服务区,散流器数量n=12。(2)选用方形散流器,散流器的喉部风速宜取2~5m/s,假定散流器喉部风速为3m/s,则单个散流器所需喉部面积为,计算如下:m选用喉部尺寸为W×H=250×250mm的方形散流器,则喉部实际风速为:散流器实际出口面积约为喉部面积的90%,则散流器的有效面积为:散流器出口风速为:(3)计算射程(6.1)则:m94 散流器中心到区域边缘距离为3m,根据要求,散流器的射程应为散流器中心到房间或区域边缘距离的75%,所需最小射程为:3m×75%=2.25m。2.65m>2.25m,因此射程满足要求。(4)计算室内平均风速夏季工况送冷风,则室内平均风速为0.22×1.2=0.264m/s,满足舒适性空调夏季室内风速不应大于0.3m/s的要求。(5)校核轴心温差衰减满足舒适性空调温度波动范围±1℃的要求。6.2大堂气流组织示例计算大堂(1004)空调系统采用喷口的设计计算,系统设计风量20000,房间面积882。(6.2)K1——系数,,为比例常数,即射流的相对等速核心长度,对于一般情况下,喷口送冷风时,K1=0.065;x——射流的射程(m);y——射流轨迹中心距风口中心的垂直落差(m);——喷口与水平方向的倾角,通常送热风时下倾,大于15˚,送冷风时可取=0,一般小于15˚。取,,=0,则=0.02根据求出。即个校核,工作区的平均风速为0.5=0.36满足空调区允许风速为0.25~0.5。94 6.3客房气流组织示例计算客房(5001)与小空间区域空调系统采用双层百叶风口侧送的设计计算根据资料8.3.1进行侧送风口的计算,现在以客房1为例,房间长宽高为6×4.4×3.3m,进行气流分布设计:(1)设出风口沿房间长度方向送风,且出口离墙面0.5m,则要求贴附射流长度x=(5.8-0.5-0.5)m=4.8m(2)取=1℃,则由图8-73查得相对射程允许的最小值(3)由(1)、(2)计算结果得选用双层百叶风口120mm×120mm,其当量直径为(4)若只设一个送风口,查得双层百叶风口的有效断面系数Ψ约为0.8,则风口的实际出风速度,计算得(5)计算射流自由度:(6)根据式(8-2)取下限计算允许的最大的出口风速满足。(7)计算阿基米德数Ar:查图8-72,得射流实际相对贴附长度为33,实际贴附长度为x=(33×0.15)m=5m,大于要求贴附长度x=4.8m,满足要求。(8)用式(8-4)校核房间高度,取s=0.5m,房间要求最小高度为房间实际高度为3.3m>3.15m,满足要求。根据以上步骤,计算其他房间的送风口尺寸。94 比较分析,本设计采用两管制、闭式循环变流量系统,一至三层水管异程布置,四至十层采用同程布置,供回水立管采用异程布置。一至三层东侧空调水系统为分区一、西侧空调水系统为分区二、四至十层空调水系统为分区三。7.2.2水管选材空调水系统中,常用管材有焊接钢管、无缝钢管、镀锌钢管及PVC塑料管几种。空调冷、热水管道一般采用焊接钢管和无缝钢管,本设计中空调水系统水管材料采用热镀锌钢管;冷凝水管处于非满流状态,内壁接触水和空气,不应采用无防锈功能的焊接钢管;冷凝水为无压自流排放,若采用软塑料管会形成中间下垂,影响排放。因此,空调冷凝水管材应采用强度较大和不易生锈的镀锌钢管或排水PVC塑料管,管道应采用防结露措施;7.2.3供、回水管管径的确定1.空调水系统水流量空调机组的冷冻水流量G,kg/h,可按[2]中式1.5-6计算,如下:G=3600*Q/(c*Δt)(7.1)式中G——冷冻水流量,kg/h;Q——系统冷负荷总和,kW;c——水的比热容,取4.187kJ/(kg·℃);Δt——供回水温差,取5℃。2.管径的确定(7.2)式中——水的密度,取1.2kg/m3;v——流速,m/s;按[1]中表9-6推荐值选用。从[1]中的第8条可知一般情况下,每1kW冷负荷每小时约产生0.4~0.8kg的凝结水,冷凝水盘的泄水支管沿水流方向坡度不宜小于0.01,冷凝水水平干管坡度不宜小于0.003.凝结水管的管径可按表7.4选择。表7.4冷凝水管管径选择表冷负荷kW≤4242~230231~400401~11001101~20002001~3500管径(mm)253240508010094 7.2.4水流动阻力的确定1、沿程阻力水在管道内的沿程阻力:(7.3)式中:——摩擦阻力系数,无因次量; ——直管段长度,m; ——管道内径,m;——水的密度,1000kg/m3; ——水流速,m/s;——单位长度沿程阻力,又称比摩阻(Pa/m),冷水管路的比摩阻宜控制在100~300Pa/m.与气体管网一样,计算摩擦阻力系数的公式与流态有关。室内热水采暖管网、空调冷冻水管网和给水管网流动几乎都处于紊流过渡区,室外管网大多处于阻力平方区。因此,大多用公式(6.4)[4]和(6.5)[4]计算摩擦阻力系数:(7.4)(7.5)式中:—管内表面的当量绝对粗糙度m;闭式=0.2mm,开式=0.5mm,冷却水系统=0.5mm; Re——雷诺数,; ——运动粘度,(m2/s)。2、局部阻力:(7.6)式中:——局部阻力系数,见表8-5[1],8-6[1];——水流速,m/s。计算局部阻力的关键是确定局部阻力系数。3、水管总阻力水流动总阻力包括沿程阻力和局部阻力,即:(7.7)94 2,3号立管连接,管径分别为DN200mm、DN200mm、DN250mm。根据[6]可知分、集水器之间设平衡管,管径不宜小于总供、回水管径分水器、集水器配管尺寸见下图图8.1分水器、集水器配管尺寸图94 第9章防排烟、通风系统设计9.1防排烟系统设计概述根据文献[8]可知防排烟是机械防烟、机械排烟和自然排烟的简称。机械防烟是利用鼓风机向防烟楼梯间及前室、消防电梯前室、合用前室加压送风,使楼梯间、前室、合用前室气压升高,以阻止烟气进入,为安全疏散创造安全环境。根据规定[2],对于一类建筑和建筑高度超过32m的二类高层建筑的下列部位,应设置机械排烟设施。1)无直接自然通风,长度超过20m的内走道或虽有直接自然通风,但长度超过60的内走道。2)面积超过100m2,且经常有人停留或可燃物较多的地上无窗房间或设固定窗的房间3)不具备自然排烟条件或净高度超过12m的中庭。4)除利用窗井等开窗进行自然排烟的房间外,各房间总面积超过200m2或一个房间超过50m2,且经常有人停留或可燃物较多的地下室。1、防排烟系统设计原则1)走道与房间的排烟系统宜分开设置,房间的排烟系统宜按防烟分区布置。2)地下室需要排烟时,应设进风系统,进风量不宜小于排风量的50%。3)为了安全疏散,应合理布置排烟口,考虑烟气气流与人流方向相反。4)排烟风口应设有手动开启装置,或与感应器连锁的自动开启装置,或与消防中心遥控的开启装置等。排烟口平时为闭锁状态,并与风机连锁,一旦排烟口开启,排烟风机即自动开启。2、机械排烟系统的设计要点:排烟风机可采用普通的离心风机和专用的排烟轴流风机,其特性要求是保证在烟气温度的条件下,能连续工作30分钟。1)排烟口应设置在顶棚或靠近顶棚的墙面上。排烟口平时关闭,当发生火灾时,只开启火灾区的排烟口。排烟口应设置手动或自动开启装置,排烟口和排烟阀应与排烟风机连锁,任何一个排烟口或排烟阀开启时,排烟风机应能立即开启。2)机械排烟系统要控制简单、使用效果好。3)机械排烟风道必须采用非燃材料制作。风道内的风速不宜取值过大。4)安装在吊顶内的排烟管道,其隔热层应采用不燃材料制作,并应与可燃物保持不小于150mm的距离。94 9.2防火防烟分区的划分在建筑设计中,利用各种防火分隔设施,将建筑物的平面和空间分成若干个分区,成为防火分区。规定一类建筑、二类建筑和地下室,每个防火分区允许的最大建筑面积分别为1500m2、1000m2和500m2;当设置自动灭火系统时,上述面积可增加一倍。根据规定[2],排烟设施的走道及净高不超过6m的房间,要求划分防烟分区。防烟分区可通过挡烟垂壁、隔墙或从顶棚下突出不小于0.5m的梁来划分。挡烟垂壁是用不燃材料制成,从顶棚下垂不小于500mm的固定或活动挡烟设施。活动挡烟垂壁在火灾时因感温、感烟或其他控制设备的作用,能自动下垂。规定每个防烟分区的面积的建筑面积不宜超过500m2,且不应跨越防火分区。9.3地下车库通风、防排烟系统设计9.3.1地下车库概况地下室层高4.9米,占地面积为6179,有车库、机房、高低压配电室、泵房、生活水池、相水池等功能房;停车库总面积为2691位于一个防火分区内,根据要求共分成两个防烟分区,防烟分区一:977,防烟分区二:1724,共设两个系统分别负责两个分区9.3.2排风量和排烟量的计算根据文献[1]中公式2-15:计算。式中——通风量();——通风房间体积();n——换气次数为了防止地下车库的有害气体的溢出,要求停车场内保持一定的负压。因此,地下车库的送风量要小于排风量。另外的5%到15%由门窗缝隙和车道等处渗入补充。换气次数由根据[4]第十一章典型公共建筑的通风设计可知,地下汽车库应设置独立的送、排风系统。排风量应按照稀释废气量计算,可参考换气次数估算。一般来说,排风量不少于6次/h,送风量不少于5次/h,本次设计中排风量按6次/h计算,排风和排烟共用风管。94 已知风口风量根据文献9.7[4]得防压楼梯间加压送风口尺寸为250mm×630mm,出口风速为5m/s;楼梯合用前室加压送风口尺寸为300mm×300mm,出口风速为5m/s;电梯合用前室加压送风口尺寸为300mm×400mm,出口风速为5m/s。出口风速都小于7m/s,满足要求。采用自垂式百页风口,防烟楼梯加压送风口中心距地面距离为500mm,合用前室加压送风口中心距地面距离为700mm,其布置如加压送风系统图。5、加压送风机选择机械加压送风机采用混流风机,混凝土风道漏风系数为1.2,风机选用SWF系列混流式风机。防烟楼梯1、2和楼梯合用前室送风量大小为,选用SWF-8-5;电梯合用前室送风量大小,选用SWF-9-4。风机性能参数见表9.17表9.17SWF系列通风机性能机号全压(Pa)转速(r/min)风量(m3/h)功率(kw)噪声dB(A)SWF-8-5415960214154《28SWF-9-4301960262485.5《289.7卫生间通风系统设计卫生间通风原则:1、公共卫生间、高层住宅卫生间、旅馆酒店卫生间及大于5个喷头的淋浴间应设计机械排风,以形成负压保证室内卫生品质。多层住宅的卫生间可设置自然排风竖井,有条件时宜设置机械排风。2、设有空调系统的旅馆酒店客房的卫生间的排风量按所在客房新风量的80%—90%确定。公共卫生间的排风量按每小时不小于10次的换气量计算。高层住宅卫生间的排风量按每小时不小于5次的换气量计算。3、高层建筑竖向设置排风系统时,宜在顶部集中设置总的排风机,并在每个卫生间设置排气扇,每个排气扇上要安装一个防火阀。卫生间排风选用BLD吸顶式房间通风器。一至三层西南侧女卫生间体积64.8m3,排风量m3/h,选用BLD15-65;男卫生间体积为54m3,排风量m3/h,选用BLD15-55;一至三层东侧女卫生间体积67.5m3,排风量m3/h94 第10章保温、消声与隔振10.1管道保温设计管道保温是节能的一个重要条件,其主要目的在于减少冷媒在输送过程中的无效热损失,并使冷媒维持一定的参数以满足需要。一般情况下,需要保温的管道有:冷水的供、回水管道;空调的送、回风管;可能在外表面结露的新风管及冷凝水管道。1)水管保温保温材料厚度可以根据环境温湿度、冷热介质温度和保温管的外径经计算求得。应该明确的是,除空气凝结水管外,其余计算的保温防结露厚度通常都不是最经济的厚度而只是满足了最低使用要求的厚度。根据《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB50189-2005)附录C的表,热或冷热合用管道(管内介质温度5~60℃),经济绝热厚度要求如下:表10.1保温材料的选用厚度表材料空调水管DN≤4050≤DN<100125≤DN<250DN≥300玻璃棉35404550根据表中数据对应管外径便可确定其对应保温层厚度。2)风管保温(10.1)——防止结露的保温层最小厚度,mm;——保温材料导热系数,采用铝箔帖面的防潮离心玻璃棉,导热系数为0.035~0.05w/m2k,取0.05w/m2k;——外表面换热系数,一般为5.8~11.6w/m2℃,取8w/m2℃;——保温层外的空气露点温度,空调房间露点温度17.6℃,室外露点温度27.2℃;——管道内介质温度,对于风管取露点送风点温度16.9;——室外空气温度,需保温的管道不在室内时取室外最热月历年平均温度31.4℃。本设计取20mm,外缠玻璃布保护层,再刷两道防火涂料。94 10.2消声与隔声设计空调系统的消声和减振是空调设计中的重要一环,它对于减小噪声和振动,提高人们大额舒适感和工作效率,延长建筑物的使用年限有着极其重要的意义。噪声的控制方法主要有隔声、吸声和消声三种。本空调系统的噪声主要是风道系统中气流噪声和空调设备产生的噪声。一般而言室外噪声源是经过维护结构穿透进入的,建筑物内部的噪声、振动源主要是由于空调、给排水、电气设备后产生的,其中以空调制冷设备产生的噪声影响最大。包括其中的冷却塔、空调制冷机组、通风机、风管、风阀等产生的噪声。其中主要的噪声源是风机。风机噪声是由于叶片驱动空气产生的紊流引起的宽频带气流噪声以及相应的旋转噪声所组成,后者由转数和叶片数确定其噪声频率。为了消除或减弱各种噪声源传入室内需采取以下措施:(1)选用低噪声型风机,风机进出口均设软接,水泵与水管等用橡胶管或球形橡胶接头等柔性连接。(2)风机盘管、空调处理机组均吊装于吊顶内,可适当降低噪声;另外风机盘管带回风箱亦可降低噪声,空调机组和新风机组设置消声静压箱;(3)管道穿过空调房间的围护结构其孔洞四周的缝隙必须用弹性材料填充实心密实。10.3减振设计空调系统中的通风机、水泵、制冷压缩机是产生振动的振源。这些振动会影响人的身体健康,有时还会危及支撑结构的安全。因此,需要对震源采取隔振措施。1)水泵和水冷螺杆式冷水机组固定在隔振基座上。隔振基座用钢筋混凝土板加工而成;2)水泵的进、出口采用橡胶柔性接头同水管连接;3)空调机组和新风机组风机进出口与风管间的软管采用帆布材料制作,水管、风管敷设时,在管道支架、吊卡、穿墙处作隔振处理。94 结论这次设计的是南京市一栋大厦的中央空调系统设计,主要任务是完成整栋大楼冷负荷的计算;各楼层水系统和风系统的设计计算;系统冷冻站的设计。在设计中考虑到了各房间的不同特点对应不同的空调形式,针对不同的房间分别采用了喷口送风和侧送风、散流器平送风等不同方式。对系统消声减振做了简单的阐述。但是在设计过程中,明显觉得自己知识体系的欠缺,浪费了不少时间,设计也改了多次,像在选冷水机组的时候,刚开始是把每个房间的最大负荷进行叠加,后来经过老师指导,应该以整栋楼出现的最大冷负荷作为选型时的负荷,因为每个房间出现最大值的时间不都是一致的,这样算出来的负荷会明显变大,造成能源的浪费。总而言之,这次设计使我的设计能力有了提高,在以后工作中,我会不断努力学习,多看规范,尽自己最大的努力提高设计质量。94
