1、11种中药对小鼠淋巴细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响【关键词】黄芩；,,蒺藜；,,罗布麻；,,淋巴细胞；,,巨噬细胞, 摘要：目的研究具有免疫调节作用的11种中药水提取物，对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活性以及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法采用体外检测不同浓度的11种中药水提取物对正常、ConA及LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响，运用中性红法检测巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果黄芩水提取物对正常淋巴细胞的增殖活性无明显影响，对ConA及LPS诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖活性有显著的抑制作用，其IC50分别为16.54，1
