1、丹参对内毒素致急性肺损伤大鼠肺水通道蛋白-1的调节效应作者:李敏,李锋,胡波,王超锋【摘要】目的探讨丹参对内毒素(LPS)致急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺水通道蛋白-1(AQP-1)的调节作用。方法SD大鼠48只,随机分为正常组、丹参注射液预保护组、丹参注射液7d治疗组、ALI7d模型组、丹参注射液8h治疗组、ALI8h模型组,每组各8只。分别于7d和8h后电镜及HE染色观察各组大鼠肺组织病理改变、肺湿/干重比(W/D)及肺脏水通透性的变化,免疫组化法及肺组织匀浆后Westernblotting法检测AQP-1表
2、达变化;测定血液氧分压PaO2、血液流变学、内皮素-1(ET-1)浓度。结果模型组均出现肺损伤症状。丹参注射液7d治疗组的肺水肿病理改变与ALI7d模型组比较明显减轻,血液流变学指标明显改善,但两组AQP-1表达均与正常组无明显差异(P<0.05)。丹参注射液8h治疗组和丹参注射液预保护组与ALI8h模型组比较,肺水肿病理改变明显减轻,血液流变学指标明显改善(P<0.05),其中丹参注射液预保护组AQP-1表达上调明显(P<0.01)。结论丹参可能通过调节AQP-1的表达改善水液代谢,改善A

6、significantbetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Comparedwiththe8-hourALIgroup,thedegreeoflungedemastatementalleviatedinSM8-hourtreatmentgroupandSMpreventiongroup.TheexpressionofAQP-1wassignificantlyincreasedinthegroupofSMpreventiongroup(P<0.01).ConclusionsSMma
