2、saresultofnaturaldisasters,pipeburstandotherreasons,watersupplyshouldberesumedassoonaspossible.Notifyusersatthetimeofrushrepairandreporttotheadministrativedepartmentofmunicipalwatersupply.Inconductingemergencyoperationsandrepairingoperations,thewatersupplyenterprisesmaytakee
3、mergencytreatmentmeasuresconcerningthefacilities,suchasroads,treesandotherrelatedoperations,andnotifytherelevantdepartmentsinatimelymanner,andtherelevantdepartmentsshallcooperatewiththem.Aftertheevent,thewatersupplyenterprisesshouldtimelyresubmitrelevantprocedures.Eighteenth
4、becauseofwatersupplyenterpriseconstruction,equipmentmaintenance,naturalexplosionpipeandotherreasons,continuouswaterformorethan48hours,watersupplyenterprisesshouldtakeemergencywatersupplymeasuresforresidentslivingwater.Thefourthchapter,urbanwateruseNineteenthusersofurbanwater
5、supplyandmorethanthewatermeterratedflowneedtoincreasewaterconsumption,watercompaniesshouldapplyforwater,watersupplyenterprisesshouldreceiveapplicationswithin7daystorespond.Thecontractsystemshallbeadoptedgraduallyforurbanwatersupply.Twentieth,theuseofurbanwatersupply,shouldbe
6、inaccordancewithdifferentwatercategoriesareinstalledmeter.Astheuser'sresponsibilityisnotseparatelyinstalledmeter,accordingtothehighestcategoryofwaterpricesettlement.Becausetheresponsibilityofthewatersupplyenterpriseisnotseparatelymeasuredbythemeter,thewaterpriceshallbesettle
7、daccordingtothelowestcategory.Settlementfeestandardpriceofwatersupplyenterprisesshallregularlysentfromtradesettlementmeteraccordingtotheactualmeasurementofthewatercontent,waterclassificationandpriceadministrativedepartmentsapproved.Forresidentslivingwater,watersupplyenterpri
