1、2011年东台市抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动实施方案为认真贯彻落实《卫生部办公厅关于做好全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的通知》（卫办医政发〔2011〕56号）和卫生部、省卫生厅抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动电视电话会议精神，进一步加强医疗机构抗菌药物临床应用管理，促进抗菌药物合理使用，有效遏制细菌耐药，合理控制医疗费用，保证医疗质量和医疗安全，根据卫生部《2011年全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》、《省卫生厅办公室关于印发江苏省抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动实施方案的通知》（苏卫办医〔2011〕96号）和盐城市卫生局《关于印发2011年盐城市抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动实施
2、方案的通知》（盐卫医[2011]５４号）要求，结合我市抗菌药物临床应用现状，制定本实施方案。一、指导思想以促进临床抗菌药物合理应用为目标，把抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动作为“医疗质量万里行”和“三好一满意”活动的重要内容，坚持标本兼治，以强意识、建机制、制度化、严考核为重点抓手，采取行之有效的措施，集中时间精力，统一组织实施，在全市各级各类医疗机构，重点是二级医院组织开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动，规范临床抗菌药物应用行为，努力提升抗菌药物临床合理应用水平，保障患者合法权益和用药安全，为人民群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗服务。二、基本原则operationofthede
