2、员安全认知态度对于服从性不安全行为影响最为显著，安全反馈能力与施工人员参与性不安全行为影响不显著，且提升安全反馈能力不一定能降低服从性不安全行为能力的发生。基于上述研究结果，地铁建设行业的管理者应该提升组织安全程度与施工人员安全诚信程度契合度，根据人员自身安全诚信各个维度对不安全行为的影响作用，努力改善重要影响因素，依据重要影响因素探究不安全行为发生深层次原因，从而提高施工人员安全诚信，降低施工人员自负心理问题，完善地铁建设安全诚信测评体系，减少安全事故的发生。论文依托于国家自然科学基金项目“地下工程施工中参与者行为管理制度有效性研究”（5137
