2、特征，色彩特征，美学特征和时代特征。敦煌莫高窟装饰图案边饰纹样随着时代的发展呈现出不同的特点与风格，唐代是我国历史发展过程中最为繁荣昌盛的时期，莫高窟装饰图案边饰纹样在这一历史背景下得到了极大地发展。本课题首先对敦煌莫高窟唐代装饰图案边饰纹样进行概述，从边饰纹样的概念、分类以及文化内涵三个方面进行阐述，将边饰纹样根据空间布局、题材内容和唐代不同时期三方面进行分类，了解边饰纹样的基本概念和在唐代这一时期的发展。其次对敦煌莫高窟唐代装饰图案边饰纹样的艺术特征进行分析研究，从造型特征、色彩特征和美学特征三个方面进行分析。最后对边饰纹样的应用研究进行阐述，从应用原则、应用现状、发展前景三
