3、piricalresearchconsistsofcasestudiesoncurrentcrowdsourcingplatforms,focusgroupswithpotentialcrowdmembersandin-depthinterviewswithpotentialcustomersofcreativeagencies.Bestpracticeswerecombinedwithsolutionsforclosingthemostsigni"cantgapsinordertocreateasuccessf

4、ulbusinessmodel.!edevelopedmodelsuggestsseparatingthecrowdinto#eeusersandanempoweredcoreteamandenablingcollaboration.Moreover,aninnovativemotivationalmodelisintroduced.Duetoathree-stepsequenceofsolution/ideageneration,superiorvalueisproposedtothecustomer.Anot
