3、vingworkpieceandastationarysource,orsink,ofenergy.Theinvestigationcon-cernsthePhysicalVaporDeposition(PVD)ofametallayeronapolymerfilmbymeansofthermalevaporation,butmanyaspectsapplyequallywelltosputteringandelectronbeamevaporation.Thecontributionstothespecificheatloadonthe
4、webarequantified,andtheinfluenceoftheheatexchangebetweenthefilmandthecoolingdrumisdiscussedindetail.Aftersatisfactorilycomparingthepredictionswithavailableliteratureresults,themodelisusedasaguidelineforaseriesofexperimentaltestsaimedatdeterminingtheinfluenceoftheoperatingco
