4、ealEstateandLandAdministrationauthorityshowingthatPartyAisthelegalowneroftheFlatshallbeattachedtoasapartofthisAgreement.1.2BothPartiesagreethattheFlatshallincludeallfurniture,fixturesandfittingsintheFlat.Alistofallthefurniture,fixturesandfittings(AttachmentII)shallbe
