1、某三甲医院急性脑梗死住院患者用药情况调查分析郑爱祥1王萍1（通讯作者｝曹晨曦2（1南京医科大学第二附属医院药剂科江苏南京210011）（2南京医科大学药学院江苏南京210029）【摘要】目的：分析某三甲医院脑梗死住院患者用药情况，为临床治疗脑梗死制定合理的药物治疗方案提供依据。方法：随机抽取某三甲医院2013-2014年急性脑梗死住院患者病历200份，对其基木情况、治疗结果、住院费用、用药情况等进行统计、分析。结果：急性脑梗死患者中男性所占比例多于女性；200例患者总的药品费用占总住院费用的64.49%;治愈及好

2、转191人（占95.5%）,死亡6人（占3%）,未愈或其他情况3人（占1.5%）;治疗药物主要包括抗脑水肿及降颅压药、溶栓药、抗凝药、抗血小板聚集药、改善脑循环药、改善脑代谢药、活血化瘀中药以及治疗并发症药物等，用药基木合理。结论：脑梗死患者普遍存在发病急、治疗时间长、并发症多、治疗药物繁多、治疗费用高等问题，临床如何寻求最佳的药物治疗方案，减轻患者的经济负担是需要着重研究的问题。【关键词】急性脑梗死；住院患者；用药分析；治疗费用【中图分类号】R95【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）28-
