1、医院突发公共卫生事件医疗救治能力研究【】目的调查北京市各级医院突发公共卫生事件医疗救治能力现状。方法对北京市153家医院的人员及床位设置、应急预案制定、实验室检测能力、医疗救治措施和应急药品储备等方面进行问卷调查。结果134家医院完成调查问卷,应答率为87.6%。已成立专门的突发公共卫生事件应急小组的应答医院为96.3%,其提供应急的床位占床位总数的8.5%;已制定至少1类突发公共卫生事件应急预案的应答医院为93.3%,其中能全部分离鉴定霍乱弧菌、感染性腹泻病原体、h5n1禽流感病毒、鼠疫杆菌、sars冠状病毒等13种致病微生物和有机磷农药、四亚甲基二砜四
2、氨及肉毒杆菌毒素等3种致病源的医院为0,院内备有治疗上述致病源引起的15种疾病或中毒具体方案的应答医院为18.6%,储备有一定数量治疗上述疾病和中毒药品的医院为5.2%。结论北京市各级医院突发公共卫生事件医疗救治能力还需要进一步提高和健全。【关键词】医院;突发公共卫生事件;医疗救治investigationonstatusofsecondaryandtertiarycarecapacitiesofhospitalsinpublichealthemergenciesinbeijingzhanghui,huangjianshi,lzhongquan.na
