1、土壤中脱氢酶活性的测定殷晓晨，武亨杰，朱承彬（中国石油大学化学化工学院，山东青岛266555）摘要：为了研究土壤中微生物降解有机物的能力，设计实验，采用TTC分光光度法测定受石油污染并接受生物修复的各土壤样品中脱氢酶的活性。研究表明，所采集的土壤样品中脱氢酶的含量很少，基本无法用本方法检测出，说明土壤在过去的一年里发生了某些变化使脱氢酶含量降低。关键词：土壤；脱氢酶；TTC；紫外分光光度法中图分类号：X705文献标志码：AMeasurementofCatalaseActivityinSoilYinXiao-chen,WuHeng-jie,ZhuCheng-bin（CollegeofCh
