3、的资源之一。旅游业作为山东创造了巨大的经济和社会效益。从现阶段发展情况看，山东旅游业正处于升级的关键时期，面临着旅游资源深度开发、改善旅游基础设施、实现粗放型向集约型转变等一系列的资金需求，而财政资金对旅游业的投入有限，因此选择适宜的旅游融资模式，从而促进旅游产业与资本市场有效结合，推动旅游业依赖自身的资本运作和外部资金投入进入良性循环状态，进而加快“旅游大省”向“旅游强省”转变的步伐，对山东旅游业的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文在应用旅游经济学、投融资学、产业经济学等相关理论的基础上，深入探讨旅游业的融资特性，和旅游业的融资方式相结合。提出山东旅游业所要选
