6、ultureandplaysaveryimportantroleinit.Withoutlanguage,theymaintain,culturewouldnotbepossible.Ontheotherhand,languageisinfluencedandshapedbyculture;itreflectsculture.Inthebroadsense,languageisthesymbolicrepresentationofapeople,anditcomprisestheirhistoricalandculturalb

7、ackgroundsaswellastheirapproachtolifeandtheirwaysoflivingandthinking.Learningandteachingaforeignlanguagewellmeansmorethanmerelymasteringthepronunciation,grammar,wordsandidioms.Itmeanslearningalsotoseetheworldasnativespeakerofthatlanguageseeit.Learningalanguage,infac

8、t,isinseparablefromlearningitsculture.Therefore,weshouldpaymoreattentiontothecultureintroductionduringthelearningofEnglish.Especially,inou
