4、unicativeability.“DumbEnglish”isperplexingmostEnglishteachersandstudentsofhighschool.Apartfromtheproblemsteachershave,theenvironmentisalsoanimportantproblem,becauseoftheunawarenessoftheimportanceofspeaking,studentsdon’thaveenoughchancestopracticetheiroral

5、English.ThelackofatmosphereisthemostimportantreasonoftheirpoororalEnglish.Aseveryoneknows,“Practicemakesperfect!”Withoutpractice,howcantheybecomeperfect?Becauseofthat,studentsdon’thavethehabitofspeaking.Whentheyareacquiredtospeak,manyproblemsappear,suchas

6、:theirhandsandfeetaretrembling,thetuneoftheirvoiceischanging,thesentencesareindisorder.Manyofthemjustreciteinsteadofspeak.studentsthemselvesareblamefortheirpoororalEnglish.BecauseoftheactualitiesofChineseteaching,therequirementsoforalEnglisharemuchlesstha
