Thepurposeofthiscourseistoprovideexperimentsthatdemonstratetheprinciplesdiscussedinthelectureofinstrumentalanalysis,anditisaddedtoinsurethatthestudentsgainssufficientunderstandingofthemethodsofeverykindofinstrument.Thecontentsofthiscourseincludestandardseriesmethod,visibleAbsorptionmethods,UltravioletAbsorptionmethods,Fluorometry,AtomicAbsorptionSpectrometry,FlamePhotometry,GasChromatography,LiquidChromatographyandpHmetermethods.312016環境有機化學(一)2必林耀堅本課程主要目的為使同學瞭解有機污染物質的分類、官能基、與基本性質,藉由其反應原理及衍生物,探討有機污染物質在自然環境與人為條件中可能進行的降解、轉變、轉移與傳輸過程,以增進同學於調查、分析或處理環境有機污染物質時的認識。其中內容將介紹環境中有機污染物質之(1)分類與相關特性、(2)基本反應原理、以及(3)環境宿命。312016EnvironmentalOrganic2RY.J.LinChemistry(一)Themajorpurposeofthiscourseistofamiliarstudentswiththetypes,functionalgroups,andbasicpropertiesoforganicpollutants.Basedonthereactionmechanismsandtheirderivatives,thedegradation,transformation,translocation,andtransportationprocessesoforganicpollutantsinnaturalenvironmentandparticularconditionswillbediscussed.Itisexpectedthatstudentswillrecognizetherelatedprocessesoforganicpollutantsduringfutureresearch,analysisandtreatmentofenvironmentalorganicpollutants.Thecontentsinclude(1)classificationsandrelatedcharacteristics,(2)basicreactionprinciples,(3)environmentalfatesoforganicpollutants.312017環境有機化學實驗(一)1必林耀堅本課程為配合環工系修讀環境有機化學之學生而開設,期促使學生熟悉一般實驗技術,並從實驗中增加對教材之了解,除有機化合物中之物理化學之基本測定外,並依各官能基之不同化合物逐一實驗:烷、烯、炔、苯、有機鹵化物、醇、醚、醛、酸、酸衍生物及胺等,此實驗的重點是在於有機化學(有機物)與環工之關聯性以及其於環境中之產生、傳輸、分佈、降解與宿命。312017EnvironmentalOrganic1RY.J.LinChemistryLab(一)Thiscourseisdesignedinconjunctionwiththelecturesforthestudentswhotakeenvironmentalorganicchemistrycourse.Itintendstoprovidestudentsaprofoundunderstandingofthesubjectsfromlaboratorypracticesandtofamiliarwithbasiclaboratorytechniques.Inadditiontothemeasurementsofphysicalandchemicalcharacteristicsoforganiccompounds,thecourseiscarriedoutaccordingtothefunctionalgroupswhicharealkanes,alkenes,alkynes,benzenes,organichalides,alcohols,ethers,aldehydes,ketones,carboxylicacids,thederivativesofcarboxylicacids,andamines.Theexperimentaldesignsemphasizeontheconnectionbetweenorganicchemistry(organiccompounds)andenvironmentalscienceincludingtheirorigins,transportation,distribution,degradationandfate.312018環工單元操作3必輪授本課程內容將包含以下環境工程上重要之單元操作程序:
