3、opmentassistancetoAfricawasmainlyfocusedonsupportingAfricancountries’nationalliberationmovement.Thesecondperiodisfrom1978tillnow,theemphasisismoreonestablishingamutual-beneficialrelationshipbetweenChinaandAfrica.Chinesedevelopmentassistancehasseveralcharacteristics:emphasisonequali

4、tyandtoestablishmutual-beneficialrelationship,developmentassistancecloselylinkedtoeconomiccooperation,moreformsofdevelopmentassistanceandfastincreaseinscopeandfields.Inamatteroffact,Chinesedevelopmentassistance’sconception,structuring,practicearequitedifferentfromthoseoftheDACofOEC
