3、gement,andthestatusofpurchasingmanagementinthedomesticcateringindustry,andsomepurchasingstrategiesaccordingtotheadvancedexperienceandpracticesofpurchasingmanagementathomeandabroad.Secondly,thisthesisdeeplyanalyzesthestatusofpurchasingmanagementinJYGroup,i
4、ncludingorganizationstructure,purchasingworkflow,materialcharacteristics,purchasingmanagementpatterns,orderingworkflow,materialpricingmethod,purchasingmanagementinformationsystem,suppliermanagement,performanceevaluationofpurchasingcentre,andfindstheexisti
5、ngproblemsatpresent.Lastly,thisthesissuggestsanideaofadoptingsupplychainmanagementtoreformtheorganizationstructureandtooptimizethepurchasingprocess.Accordingtotheorient-ableanalysisresultofvariouspurchasingmaterial,thisthesisre-makesthespecificstrategiesf
6、oreachtypeofmaterial.Furthermore,thisthesispresentsanumberofspecificmeasuresforresolvingtheseproblems,includingstreamliningorderingworkflow,changingpurchasingpatterns,determiningreasonablepricingmethod,establishingenterpriseinformationsystem,strengthening
