2、ndphysicalsignsofpatientswimobstructiveinfertility,inordertoprovidethebestoftraditionalChineseandWesternmedicinetreatmentforfallopiantube．Methods：60patientswithdiagnosticcriteriaofWesternmedicine，andbloodstasistypeofdistaltubalobstructioninfertilitypatients，30we

3、rerandomlydividedintotreatmentgroup(treatedbylaparoscopiccombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetherapy)andcontrolgroup(30casesofsimpleoperationtreatment)．Thetwogroupsweretreatedfor3coursesoftreatmentandfollowedupwithsixmonths．Thetreatmentprocessoftwogroupswereco

4、mparedbyobservationofsafety(bloodroutine，urineroutine，stoolroutine，liverandkidneyfunction，electrocardiogramtreatmenteachtime)andcurativeeffectofdetection(pregnancyrate，TCMsyndromesandsigns，tubalpatency,Ureaplasmaurealyticuminspection)．Twogroupswereobservedbefore

5、andaftertreatment，thepregnancyrateofTCMsyndrome，physicalsignintegralsandphysicalchangesandchemicalindex，comparingthetwogroupsaftertreatmentdifferencesResults：1．Clinicalefficacy：①Aftertreatmentthetwogroupsofpatientspregnancyrate，tubalpatencyTCM，climate，localsigns

6、ofefficacyandpartofthephysicalandchemicalindicatorsthanbeforetreatment，asignificantdifference(P<0．05)；Treatmentaftersixmonths，thetreatmentgroup，18casesofpregnancy,thepregnancyrateof60．O％，nocaseofectopicpregnancy,thecontrolgroup．11casesofpregnancy,thepregnancyrat

7、ewas36．7％incasesofectopicpregnancy(1ineIntegrativeconservative)，twogroupspregnancyratecomparedTherearesignificantdifferences(P<0．05)，thepregnancyrateofthetreatmentgroupthanthecontrolgroup．②PatientsaftertreatmenttocomparetheTCMsyndromesisthatthetreatmentgroup，the
