3、gwasmoresmooththanthatafterthedrumwinddryingandvacuumdrying.Therheologicalpropertiesofthegelwereinvestigated,andtheeffectofchemicalcrosslinkingagentglutaraldehyde(GTA)andtheamountofHNTsontherheologicalpropertiesofgelswerealsodiscussed.Theresultshowedelasticmo

4、dulus(G')ofGTAcrosslinkedSPI--HNTsgelWashigherthanthatofSPI··HNTscompoundwithoutGTA.Whiletangentlossangle(tan6)ofGTAcrosslinkedSPI-HNTsgelWaslessthanthatofSPI-HNTscompoundwithoutGTA;thereasonisthatcrosslinkingfunctionofGTAenhancingtheanti-macrostrainofgelsnet

5、works;theamountofHNTsingelsalsoaffecttheelasticmodulus(G.)andtangentlossangle(tan6),becausetheappropriateamountofHNTsaddedadjustedtheinteractionintro—andbetweenSPIandHNTsmolecules.BycomparingtherheologicalpropertiesandFTIRspectrumofSPI-HNTsnanocompoundwithout

6、GTAcrosslinkingandwithGTAcrosslinking,theresultsshowedthatthecompositedhydrogenbondingisformedandthesecondarynetworkisestablishedbetweenhalloysitenanotubesandsoybeanprotein.TheSPI-HNTsnanocompositedgelwithdrug—loadedWasobtainedinphy’sicalabsorptionmethodbyimm
